Satterly family papers, 1867-1939.

Papers of the Satterly family of Mattituck include a conveyance of property transferring the farm and homestead of William R. Satterly and his wife to their son William H. Satterly, 1888; family photographs, and miscellaneous tax and household bills. Papers collected by Fred Satterly as secretary of the Mattituck Methodist Episcopal Church include business correspondence, bills and receipts, 1893-1919; trustee minutes, 1893-1897; pastor's reports, and minutes of the quarterly conference, 1894-1900. There are also photos of Laurel Lake and Mattituck Creek; Long Island Rail Road bills, 1890s; bills for Rev. Craven's School in Mattituck, 1914; and miscellaneous newspapers, magazines, clippings and other material.
